This report is printed on a form by the Florida DMV, and has the state's raised seal impressed into it. Personal information such as your name and address will be printed and will include the original issue date of the license and any violations, suspensions, restrictions, points or other information which may be included on your record. Because this report includes your personal information, we must comply with the state and federal laws that require us to have your written permission before obtaining your report for you.

If you do not know your Florida Driver's License Number you may order this report with your name, date of birth and SSN. It normally takes one business day to obtain your report for you. Your report is usually ready to be sent to you the next business day after we receive your request.

Certified Driving Records are most often required by another state's DMV when a person is trying to obtain a new license in that state, when required for court purposes, or when requested by an employer for certain jobs.

The certified report cannot be faxed or emailed since the raised seal on the report will not show up on a fax or in an email. The certified report must be mailed or sent by overnight delivery. When you place your order you can select a three-year, seven-year or complete (11yr) history and select the delivery method.
